Ferro Security Roll Up Door

The Security model has been designed with reinforced guides and bottom bar. Available in semi-curve and semi-flat slats of 1mm thickness, with 5 mm G-shaped angle guides and End-Lock. In case the roll up door is motorized, the bottom bar is made out of a laminated double angle; and in manual operated doors, the bottom bar is a U-section profile.

SLATS

The roll up door is made with zinc-coated slats, which have been cold rolled according to ASTM 653, with a width of 85 mm.

REINFORCEMENT

System of horizontal bars of 3mm of thickness, with a 40cm distances and End-Lock system, riveted to increase the door’s resistance.

GUIDES

The roll up door slides through a security guide with a G-shaped angle made of steel of 5 mm thickness, designed to assure and increase resistance to impacts.

BOTTOM BAR

Inferior reinforced element of the roll up door, made up with a 30x120x60mm profile for the exterior and a 50x50x4mm for the interior, fixed with stainless steel carriage bolts
